SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & RETURNS

We currently offer free shipping on all orders.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery times range from 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
We primarily use DHL and GLS as our trusted shipping carriers, ensuring secure and timely delivery.
All orders come with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your package has been dispatched.

Orders placed during European public holidays or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return label and instructions on how to proceed.
Please do not return items without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

SECTION 6 – WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS

2-Year Limited Warranty

All of our products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

If you believe your product is defective within the warranty period, please contact us at info@reveacosmetics.store with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the defect (if applicable)

If the defect is confirmed, we will either repair the product, replace it with a new one, or offer a full or partial refund, depending on the case.
Please note that this warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product
